- once your plants are rooted through to 1" rockwool cubes, insert in 3" rockwool cubes.

- Use Formulex or weak grow nutrient at EC 5 / 400ppm depending on size.

- Light cycle always for vegetation is 18 hours on, 6 hours off. Use a 250W light only.

- at 10" you can increase EC strength to 10/700ppm. Keep rockwool cubes moist always. Ensure at least 5 foot from a 250W light or 18" from a 110W fluoerescent light. Too much light will damage the plants!

- once roots are thru 3" rockwool cube, insert into hydroponics system. EC strength still 10 / 700ppm.

- Remember to change nutrient every week and ensure pH levels of 6.0.

- flowering can start at either 12" - 24". If plants get bigger than this, you may need to do some pruning.

Once you are ready, you can then flower your plants
